    • Submit building permit package

    • Complete construction drawings based on the approved design and specifications

    • Procure all necessary information to prepare an accurate project estimate

    • Prepare a complete set of detailed construction drawings

    • Provide project management services, including administration, procurement, and consultant coordination

    • Provide site supervision services including: project mobilization, scheduling, and managing sub-contractors

    • Closely monitor quality control & safety standards

    • Coordinate both consultant site reviews and building inspections

    • Ensure you’re completely satisfied, and manage all warranties included with your finished space
